The reception staff were knowledgeable and provided us with great recommendations for exploring the area. Room service was very good with prompt delivery and quality meals. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Like another guest mentioned, the rooftop pool offered a fine view but was often closed too early for evening relaxation.

Spotless hotel in a really nice boutique building next to all attractive and tourist area plus shopping experience. Good modern rooms with extremely comfy beds and wake-up service. Large bathroom, efficient and amazing friendly staff at the reception desk. Central location to everything in Florence. Again, walking distance to a cathedral-flanked square.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions in Florence. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. Although the room was somewhat small, it was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was decent. The breakfast offered was bountiful and delicious with bacon, good coffee plus scrambled eggs, couldn't have asked for more. The location was excellent and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral.

The bathroom in the Standard Double or Twin Room felt cramped, with everything positioned closely together, which could be tricky for some. On the rooftop, the absence of sufficient pool loungers led to a scramble for seating during peak hours. The pool bar opened quite late at 2 PM, which isn't ideal for earlier sun seekers.
